Western Wayne Family Health Centers are Federally Qualified Health Care Centers (FQHC), also referred to as Community Health Centers.
We’re hiring mission-driven candidates for the following positions:
- Board Certified Internal Medicine, Family Practice, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Addiction Medicine, Psychiatric Physicians (MD or DO)
- Nurses (RN, BSN, LPN)
- Behavioral Health Therapists (LMSW, LPC, LLMSW — on-site supervision is available)
- Dental Hygienists
- Community Health Workers
- Medical & Dental Assistants
- Customer Service Representatives
Current Michigan licensure is required for all licensed positions.

Student Loan Repayment Programs
Many of the positions at WWFHC are eligible for student loan repayment. Here are a few of your potential options:
National Health Service Corps
In exchange for a two-year commitment to working in our organization, you can receive payment for some or all of your student loan debt.
Michigan State Loan Repayment Program
Michigan offers loan repayment to medical care providers who are working in areas that are underserved.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness
You may also be eligible for loan forgiveness from the federal government after working in qualifying jobs for the required number of years.
